yes mr farhan m agree wid u,,, if govt took neccessary steps for availing the solar,hydro and wind energy,, 0% elecetricity shutdown happens,, kalar kahar, murree, abbotabad, gawadar , karachi quetta are very suitable for wind mill power project
i m not to much agree with u,that govt is fully responsible for this failure.i think as a nation we also responsible for this issue like in homes lights are always on with out any reason.we need to save electricity and use it when we need it.
yes of curse the Pakistani nation is also responsible for this issue and wapda also played compains on TV, radio etc.but i think people are im-mature or may b they are not showing their materity.we must change our behavior on individuals bases. Because every single drop of water makes the river.
